why CDCR transferring Antwoine is harmful

CDCR has created a harmful situation for Antwoine and they are holding to that position whether it causes harm to him or not.  He has been telling them that the error of their misclassification has put him in a deadly position.  On October 4, 2024, what he has been trying to rely to them almost came true.  He was stabbed 15 times by inmates he did not know or ever talked to after being assaulted by officers.   All of this transferring and the trauma suffered by the two attacks has to be taking a mental tow on him.  

Mr.  Antwoine Bealer was placed in the Restricted Housing Unit for confidential information received by staff that he was being targeted for attack due to his NON-AFFILIATION in GANG activity.  Antwoine while in the RHU, informed the Institution Classification Committee (ICC) that he would like to program on a yard where there is no gang activity.
